“A pilot program in Hennepin County court that sends text messages and e-mail reminders to people about upcoming hearings has reduced the number of arrest warrants being issued and is expected to roll out statewide this month.” Nov 2019
MN 4th District using AgileGov system to notify defendants of COVID-19 closures and rescheduling.
eAlerts (aka Announcements in Connect) are being used by the MN 4th District to notify affected defendants of courthouse closures due to COVID-19 emergency measures, reducing the volume of phone inquiries to the court service center. March 2020
Sonoma County Superior Court selects Connect for Pre-Trial Hearing Reminders and Notifications
AgileGov’s Connect integrated with Sonoma’s Odyssey case management system will provide hearing reminder and general notifications to court clients. Both parties will explore how Connect can be used to assist with informing clients of new courthouse procedures being implemented in response to COVID-19. April 2020
Sonoma County Superior Court reopens with help from AgileGov Social Distancing software.
Sonoma County Superior Court reopened for business on June 1st following an eleven week COVID-19 closure. Software developed by AgileGov is helping court staff enforce social distancing requirements by managing the flow of defendants and court customers into the courthouse. June 2020
