Jim is a seasoned project leader and business analyst with deep expertise in enterprise integration, case management, and justice system modernization. With a career spanning both public and private sectors, he’s led high-impact initiatives across ERP, CRM, finance, and criminal justice systems—bridging the gap between business needs and technical delivery.

As founder of Integration Architects, Jim brings a calm, strategic presence to complex projects. He’s known for aligning teams, designing practical solutions, and driving transformation in environments where precision and stakeholder trust matter most.

Doug Ehlert

Director

Doug is a problem solver with a sharp eye for business priorities and team execution. As Director at Integration Architects, he leads the design and delivery of custom software and data solutions that simplify complexity and deliver measurable results.

He brings hands-on expertise in cloud-based data platforms, integration strategy, data analytics and visualization, machine learning, and business operations with deep experience leading projects across both public and private sectors.
